By booking an appointment at Mara Skin Clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Deposits & Payments

• A £50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final treatment cost.
• The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation or rescheduling occurs with less than 48 hours’ notice.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your £50 deposit.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will not be refunded. A new deposit will be required for a future booking.

3. Medical History & Consent

• All patients must provide accurate and up-to-date medical history before treatment.
• A consultation and signed consent form is required before proceeding with any treatment.
• We reserve the right to decline treatment if we believe it is unsuitable for your health or safety.

4. Children & Guests

• Due to safety regulations and the nature of our treatments, children are not permitted in the clinic. Please arrange childcare before attending your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

5. Results & Aftercare

• Results vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
• We provide detailed aftercare advice for all treatments, and it is the client’s responsibility to follow these guidelines for optimal results.
• Some treatments require multiple sessions for the best outcome.

6. Refunds & Treatment Suitability

• We do not offer refunds on treatments once they have been performed.
• If a treatment is deemed unsuitable during your consultation, your deposit can be transferred to another service or refunded.
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is not in the client’s best interest.

7. Photography & Confidentiality

• We may take before and after photos for record-keeping and progress tracking. These will only be used for marketing purposes with your written consent.
• All client information remains strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
