Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time. However, we also welcome walk-ins when availability allows.
What should I bring or wear for my appointment?
For most treatments, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing. Depending on the treatment, you may be asked to remove certain clothing, but we always provide appropriate coverings for your privacy and comfort.
If you’re coming in for a facial consultation or treatment please arrive with minimal to no makeup as this allows us to properly assess your skin and perform the treatment more effectively.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, we understand that plans can change. We ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid losing your £50 deposit fee. In the case of unplanned emergencies please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments.
Do you offer gift vouchers?

Are your treatments suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding clients?
Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please inform us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and we can recommend safe alternatives.

Our opening hours are:

Wednesday Closed
Friday: 2pm till 8pm

Do you offer packages or membership plans?
Yes, we offer tailored treatment packages and membership plans that can provide great value. Please speak with our team to find the best option for your skincare needs.
What is your policy on late arrivals?
We kindly ask that you arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, unfortunately, your appointment may be cancelled, and the deposit booking fee will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to arrive early to avoid any inconvenience.
Can I bring my own products for use during treatments?
For optimal results, we recommend using the high-quality, clinic-approved products that we provide during your treatments. This ensures that your experience is tailored to your specific skincare needs and meets our strict safety and efficacy standards.

Yes, we do offer mobile services for select treatments. Our team can come to your home, providing the same high-quality care and expertise as in our clinic.
